I think the very first thing that needs to be done is to build the wall on the U.S.-Mexican border and make that secure. We have ways to make it secure. I think the framers of the U.S. Constitution were pretty smart people. One thing I wish they would have included as mandatory was a Constitutional Convention every 100 years with two years to complete the work. That would have been an excellent way to rewrite the basic laws that needed incorporation, elimination, or adjustment. Don Hi Russ,
